A client of Exeter Private Investigators is a bothered man who wants to have his son's phone checked as he believes that his son is going over the phone bill but wants to know how. The client first knew that his son was over spending when he received his phone bill and saw how much the total was. The client phoned the phone company and what it was all about insisting that they had it wrong however they could not help him because he had no prove it wasn't him. For about three months the client believed that he was being ripped off by the phone company however his son admitted to being on his phone for a few extra hours the client still did not think he could do a thousand pound in a month. The fact of having to pay a thousand pounds a month is ridiculous to the client.
We told the client that we would be able to have our forensic team fit his son's phone with spy software. The software would be allowed on the phone because it is actually the client's phone but operated by his son who is also a minor. The spy soft-ware would be on the phone for a week, in this week it would see what is going on with the phone, if the client's son was going over his bill the software would be able to show who he talks to, when he talks to them, when he uses internet over 3G, what he says in these texts, what he does on the internet, does he text and phone or does he just text or just phone.
